Ronald Sweatland

Ronald Sweatland is the Founder and CEO of Orcannus Technologies, Inc. He started in the computer industry about 30 years ago. One of the first projects he worked on while still in high school was a massive computer overhaul of a large banking hub in Charlotte, NC. 

After high school, he enlisted in the US Navy and became a Submarine Sonar Technician on the USS Los Angeles SSN 688, stationed in Pearl Harbor, HI. While enlisted, he ported in Alaska, San Diego, Japan, South Korea, Guam, Australia, and Tasmania. Ronald did two Western Pacific Tours of Duty and several reconnaissance / SEALs missions during his time. 

After the Navy, Ronald remained engaged in the computer sector in one capacity or another. He has also worked as an automotive technician, restaurant manager, software support engineer, smart bomb/munitions engineer, and director of technology. Ronald was the Director of Technology for the School and Computing and Software Engineering for Southern Polytechnic State University until the merger with Kennesaw State University. 

Ronald is married to Jennifer and has two children Alyssa and Ryker. He currently has two degrees; Cybersecurity / Assurance and Criminal Justice / Pre Law. When not in front of a computer, Ronald can be found in a kitchen creating dishes as food is his hobby and love.


Emmett Davis, Jr

Emmett Davis Jr. currently serves as a Cyber Security Specialist at Orcannus Technologies, where he provides vision and leadership for Information Technology (IT) strategy and implementation. He helps oversee all aspects of information systems security, physical security, network testing, marketing security, and training. Emmett helps lead and executes a shared IT business strategy focused on achieving Orcannus Technologies' goals.

Before stepping into the Cyber Security Specialist position, Emmett went to Kennesaw State University where he studied Information Technology specializing in Security and Information Assurance. He is also in the process of starting his Master’s in Cyber Security at Kennesaw State University. He is a very detailed oriented young man and loves to accomplish as many projects as possible. 

Emmett loves helping and serving his community. He volunteers for his church and is the current Chaplin for his fraternity, Delta Sigma Phi. 

Emmett is earning his M.S. in Cyber Security from Kennesaw State University and a B.S. in Information Technology from Kennesaw State University.


Michael Frost

 Michael Frost currently serves as the Chief Business Advisor at Orcannus Technologies, where he provides vision and leadership for business strategies and implementation.

Michael is the President and CEO of TelPlus Communications and CyberGate IT. Michael started TelPlus Communications in December of 1998 and has been running the multimillion-dollar company for the past 20+ years. Michael is a successful account manager, multifaceted and results-proven business leader with a solid record of performance in marketing, communications, and sales management.

Michael enjoys camping, fishing, reading, and working up at his farm in Tennessee.

Michael was born and raised in Central Florida. Michael moved to Mableton, Ga. in 1977 and graduated from South Cobb High School. After graduating high school, Michael moved to California to start his business adventures. A few years later Michael attended Kennesaw State University.
